  2. Searches multiple resume databases to locate candidates that meet your specifications (i.e., skills, experience, salary, geographic location, etc.).

  3. Reviews and filters resumes leveraging decades of experience staffing professionals in the MR industry. Resulting in a highly targeted search, without all the clutter of unqualified resume submission.

Our Sourcing Service delivers the resumes of at least 10 highly qualified candidates that meet at least 90%, if not 100%, of your requirements. On average, we obtain and review 592 resumes to locate 10 or more highly qualified candidates. All that is left for you to do is screen the candidates, sell them on your company, set up interviews, negotiate and fill your opening.
