- Develop and manage to budget, P&L, and A&P spend.
- Successfully recruit, develop, and retain talent. Continuously manage marketing services team leveraging a systematic performance management process. Lead, motivate, and inspire entrepreneurship, creativity, and superior performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree is required and Masters Degree is preferred. Multiple languages a plus.
